In the name of.... Brittle
A very good friend of mother's came out and made a batch of his home-made peanut brittle... OMG! It is awesome and I am not a brittle person at all. I don't like how solid it is... but this batch that he made, he calls it his Texas style is done in such a way that when it is finished, it is crunchy but not solid, it has like a honeycomb texture... very, very good!
